Your First Class is FREE!
Any fitness level is invited to attend any of our classes. If you are unfamiliar with CrossFit, not a problem, the classes are very structured and our coaches will take you through the details of each movement before the workout gets started. Each class begins with a dynamic warm-up, instructions/technique of the movements for the workout, the actual workout, then ending the hour with mobility exercises.
If you are not ready to jump into a class you are more than welcome to schedule a one on one consultation. A one-on-one consultation is free of charge. During the consultation a clear definition of the meaning of CrossFit is addressed and why it will benefit you as an individual. Also, we briefly go over the basic principles and the ten general skills of fitness and how they pertain to the movements and methodology of CrossFit.
CrossFit is a community of people who have made a lifestyle change to be as fit as they can be; this is why we like to get to know our members on a more personal level.
