We are super excited to now offer Private Coaching sessions with Matt Ward to members and non-members!

- Do you have some challenging gymnastics movements, like Handstand Push-ups, or Muscle Ups, that you want to conquer?
- Do you want to get stronger?
- Do you want to work on your Olympic Weightlifting?
- Do you have a nagging injury that won’t get better?
Matt will provide you with movement modifications, some simple exercises to improve body position or strength and video analysis of your movement.
- Sessions are 60min long
- $30 for members
- $60 for non-members
Olympic Lifting Class
We are super excited to announce Olympic Lifting classes starting in January!
Olympic weightlifting is comprised of two lifts; the Snatch and the Clean & Jerk. In the snatch, the barbell is lifted from the ground to overhead in one smooth movement. In the Clean & Jerk, the barbell is lifted from the floor to the shoulder and then overhead in a locked out position.
Important: Program duration is 6 weeks and you CANNOT start at any point!
- When: Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6pm for roughly 80 minutes
- Price: $50 for members / $150 for non-members
